Wepix is a Finnish web services company that provides small and medium-sized businesses across Europe with professionally built, hosted, and maintained websites on a monthly subscription basis. Clients pay a predictable flat fee and receive a live website within one week, with ongoing maintenance and updates included at no additional cost.

The model addresses a gap that has long existed in the market. Small businesses are routinely underserved by traditional agencies, which charge significant upfront costs, and by self-service platforms, which require time and expertise most business owners do not have. Wepix removes both barriers. We are now establishing our presence in Finland and are looking for one person to lead that effort.

As Country Launch Partner, you are responsible for opening the Finnish market. You will be provided with an initial list of prospective clients to contact, along with all the tools and scripts needed to engage them. From there, you manage the full early-stage cycle: outreach, relationship development, and onboarding of new accounts.

This is an independent contractor position. You determine your own schedule and the role is primarily remote, with a weekly in-person meeting in Tampere. Compensation is tied directly to results, which makes the role particularly well suited to candidates who value autonomy and a clear connection between effort and income.

  • Conduct outbound sales outreach to Finnish SMEs by phone and email, in Finnish. You will be provided with a curated prospect list, targeting criteria, call scripts, and all necessary tooling from day one. A dedicated space for making calls is available at our Tampere office should you need it.
  • Manage the onboarding process for newly signed clients: collect required content and coordinate with the technical team to ensure a smooth and professional transition to the service.
  • Attend a weekly in-person meeting in Tampere to review pipeline progress, align on priorities, and receive direct support from the founder. All other work is carried out remotely at your own pace.
  • Report on pipeline activity on a weekly basis, including outreach volume, conversion rates, and patterns in prospect objections, to inform ongoing product and sales development.

A flat commission is paid per client signed, based on the subscription package selected.

This is a commission-only position, and we want to be clear about what that means in practice. A focused month with 8 to 12 signed clients across a typical package mix would generate approximately €400 to €900 in commission. Most launch partners close their first client during their third or fourth week. This structure is well suited to candidates who prioritise flexibility and performance-based upside over a guaranteed base salary. We would rather be transparent about this from the outset than leave any ambiguity.

  • Native-level fluency in Finnish. All client-facing communication takes place in Finnish, and an authentic command of the language is essential to representing Wepix credibly in the market.
  • Good working command of English. Our development team operates in English, and you will be responsible for clearly conveying client specifications and requirements to them throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Based in the Tampere region, or willing to travel there on a weekly basis. The role is otherwise fully remote.
  • Comfort with cold outreach. Formal sales experience is not required, but a genuine willingness to initiate contact with prospects by phone and email is. Technique can be developed with support; the underlying disposition cannot be taught.
  • Strong self-organisation. This role has no fixed hours and no day-to-day oversight. You are responsible for managing your own pipeline, prioritising your time, and maintaining consistent output independently.
  • Integrity in client relationships. Wepix's reputation depends on the quality and honesty of every interaction with prospects and clients. We expect the same standard from our partners.
  • Registration as a sole trader (toiminimi) in Finland, or willingness to register prior to commencing. Commission is paid monthly against an invoice issued by the contractor.

Prior experience in sales, account management, marketing, or small business environments is an advantage, as is an existing network among Finnish SMEs. Neither is a prerequisite for this role.

  • Direct access to the founder, including weekly check-ins, real-time support during the early stages of outreach, and candid feedback on performance and strategy.
  • A complete operational toolkit from day one: outreach software, CRM access, a Finnish phone number for outbound calls, and fully adapted sales and marketing materials.
  • Priority consideration for a permanent position. As Wepix scales, the launch partners who have built the market are the first candidates we approach for salaried country manager roles.
  • Documented professional experience in market development for a European technology company, with verifiable results that are relevant to future career opportunities in sales, business development, or operations.
